All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR). All displayed prices are final with zero hidden fees added at checkout.
While we endeavor to display exact real-time inventory, in rare events of concurrent stock depletion or publisher out-of-print status, we reserve the right to cancel the affected item and initiate an immediate full refund.
eBooks and audiobooks purchased through Octobooks are licensed, not sold, for personal, non-commercial reading by the purchasing individual. You may not distribute, resell, decompile, or publicly broadcast any digital file obtained from Octobooks.
All literary works, cover artwork, descriptions, and trademarks remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective authors and publishers. Octobooks wordmarks, graphics, and platform design are protected under Indian and international copyright laws.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts situated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
