When you initiate payment on Octobooks, you interact with an encrypted checkout modal hosted by Razorpay Software Private Limited. All card transactions conform to RBI tokenization mandates and PCI-DSS Level 1 security standards. Octobooks servers never receive, log, or store your 16-digit card number, expiry date, CVV, or banking passwords.
To guarantee safe doorstep delivery across India's 26,000+ PIN codes, your recipient name, delivery address, and contact number are transmitted securely to our logistics provider, Shiprocket, and their courier fulfillment network (Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post). Courier partners are strictly prohibited from using your data for any commercial purpose beyond physical parcel delivery.
