As soon as your parcel is packed and handed to our courier partner (Shiprocket network), you will receive an SMS and email with your Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number. You can also track your shipment status anytime under 'My Account' → 'Orders'.
Delivery is completely FREE for all physical book orders totaling ₹499 or more. For orders below ₹499, a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹49 is charged.
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our Chennai facility. Delivery to major metropolitan centers typically takes 2–4 business days, while regional and rural destinations take 4–7 business days.
Octobooks provides replacements strictly if a book arrives damaged in transit or if the wrong product is delivered within 7 days of delivery. We do not accept general returns. Please email orders@octobooks.com with photos of the damaged or wrong product within 7 days of delivery to initiate a replacement.
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 24–48 hours for UPI and 3–5 business days for cards and net banking.
Yes, you can cancel any order before it is dispatched directly from your Orders page or by contacting our help desk. A full instant refund will be initiated.
